1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, downloading, or accessing the FemNest mobile application and backend services ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue using the Platform immediately.

2. Eligibility and User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years of age (or have the consent of a legal parent/guardian) to create an account on FemNest. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, current, and complete registration details.
• Maintain the security of your password and credentials.
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or breach of your account.

3. Health & Wellness Information Disclaimer

The calculations, cycle predictions, milestone guidelines, nutrition recommendations, and symptom checklists provided by FemNest are based on standard health metrics and algorithmic models:

• No Doctor-Patient Relationship: Using FemNest does not establish a doctor-patient relationship.
• Informational Use: All health tips, baby growth charts, and AI-assisted document analyses are for tracking and informational purposes only.
• Emergency Disclaimer: FemNest’s Emergency SOS feature sends alerts and location data via cellular/internet connectivity. It is a supplemental convenience tool and does not guarantee hospital or emergency dispatch response.

4. User Content & Medical Records

You retain ownership of any health logs, photos, or medical reports you upload to the Platform. By uploading content, you grant FemNest a secure, limited license to process, store, and display this content solely to deliver platform functionality to you.

5. Prohibited Conduct

When using FemNest, you agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the mobile app or API.
• Attempt unauthorized access to backend servers, user accounts, or databases.
• Upload malicious code, corrupted files, or inappropriate content.
• Impersonate any person, doctor, or entity.

6. Intellectual Property

The FemNest name, logo, software code, UI designs, brand marks, and features ("Track. Care. Grow.") are the intellectual property of FemNest and Metaqode. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any portion of the platform without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FemNest, its developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, use of, or inability to use the Platform, including reliance on any health tracking information.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms the platform, other users, or security. You may also delete your account at any time via the in-app profile settings.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may amend these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your agreement to the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to consumer software services, without regard to conflict of law principles.
